Counseling Services & Fees

I currently offer online therapy services through secure, face-to-face teletherapy sessions. Meeting virtually allows me to provide care that’s flexible, accessible, and far-reaching. While I’m licensed in Maryland, I am also authorized to see clients in over 40+ PSYPACT participating states.

• $200 individual therapy session (45-50 mins)

• $50-$75 group therapy (60 mins) - *Group therapy offerings vary based on interest and availability.

• $225-$400 couples or family therapy session (50-75 mins)

• I don’t work directly with insurance, but you may be able to use your insurance benefits to cover the cost of our services.

• I can provide a superbill for services for those using their out-of-network (OON) benefits.

• To make therapy more accessible for clients with OON insurance benefits, Thrizer is a third-party that allows you to:

  • Pay only your co-insurance plus a 5% convenience fee and Thrizer will handle the rest, including verifying your benefits and submitting claims.

  • Or you can still pay the full fee up front and use Thrizer to handle claims and reimbursement.

• I accept Loveland Therapy Vouchers.

• I also am a volunteer with Pro Bono Counseling of Maryland to make therapy accessible to individuals who otherwise would not have access to services.
