I offer secure telehealth sessions for women across Maryland and PSYPACT-participating states.
Individual Therapy (55 minutes) - $200
Couples/Family Therapy (50-75 minutes) - $225-$400
Group Therapy (60 minutes) - $50-$75 (offered periodically)
I am an out-of-network (OON) provider. A superbill can be provided for clients using OON benefits. I also accept HSA/FSA cards.
Accessibility & Community Commitment
As part of my commitment to community care, I accept Loveland Therapy Fund vouchers and serve as a volunteer with Pro Bono Counseling of Maryland.

No. While I specialize in maternal and perinatal mental health, I work with women across life stages. A consultation can help us determine whether we are a good fit.

Teletherapy is therapy conducted through a secure video platform. Research shows it can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns. During your consultation, we can discuss whether it’s a good fit for you.

Consultations are approximately 15 minutes. This is a brief conversation to discuss what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good match. It is not a therapy session.

I am an out-of-network provider. Many clients use their out-of-network benefits for reimbursement. I can provide a superbill upon request.
