Frequently Asked Questions

  • I provide individual therapy primarily for women and mothers, with a focus on perinatal and women’s mental health. Sessions are conducted via secure teletherapy, with limited in-person availability.

  • Yes. Couples, family, and group therapy are offered based on availability and fit. Please reach out to express interest.

  • No. I work with women whether or not they identify as mothers. My work often centers themes of care, identity, and life transitions that resonate across many experiences. I have also worked with individuals who do not identify as women; a consultation helps determine fit.

  • Teletherapy is therapy conducted through a secure video platform. Research shows it can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns. During your consultation, we can discuss whether it’s a good fit for you.

  • Consultations are approximately 15 minutes. This is a brief conversation to discuss what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good match. It is not a therapy session.

  • I do not accept insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.
