Therapy for Mothers & Women in Maryland
Motherhood can look steady on the outside while feeling heavy on the inside. Many of the women I work with are capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to caring for others—yet feel exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are becoming in this season of life.
I offer therapy for women and mothers in the Baltimore and surrounding areas who are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the ongoing realities of mothering and womanhood. This work is especially supportive for those who feel exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are becoming in this season of life.
My approach is care-centered and relational. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we will look at your lived experience: the emotional labor you carry, the ways motherhood and other experiences have changed how you see yourself and your needs.
I work on a private-pay basis, which allows us to move at a pace that honors complexity and avoids reducing your experience to a diagnosis. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and grounded in respect for your lived experience.
If you are seeking therapy that seeks to bring understanding and guidance on navigating these roles in a way that feels meaningful, you are welcome to reach out.
